New Food Truck Fundraiser

It’s time, way past time, for a new food truck for The Academy!

Our current mobile kitchen was built in the 1970’s and purchased used from the Freelancers Drum & Bugle Corps in 2005. It has served us well, but it is now over 40 years old!

To maintain our top-notch food and nutrition program for the touring members we desperately need a larger trailer with new and more reliable equipment.

We have a tremendously talented pool of volunteer engineers, electricians, plumbers and craftsmen ready to build a new 53’ trailer that could carry us through the next 30 to 40 years!

Some money has already been set aside for this project but to make our new food truck a reality our goal is to raise another $120,000.

Please keep in mind our annual campaign for general funds will be critically important to our success in 2020 as you consider your gift. May we suggest a monthly gift of $5, $10 or $25. These sustaining gifts will make a big difference.
